INTRODUCTION'S


Trident Construct Limited (‘‘TCL’’) is a limited company incorporated in November 2005 under the Companies Ordinance, 1984. The main objective of TCL is construction, development and other related activities of real estate properties like housing schemes, commercial buildings, shopping malls, plazas & complexes etc.
Ch. Muhammad Aslam is the sole owner of Trident Construct Private Limited with 100% shares in the company.

PROJECTS UNDERTAKEN

COMPLETED PROJECTS


Pace MM Alam Road, Ground plus 5 stories shopping Mall with two basements and lower ground floor on 4 Kanal plot with a covered area of approximately 116,202 Sq. Ft. Project was handed over on June 2006 after completion in 04 months (finishing only) with a total revenue of Rs. 120 million.
 
Pace Gujranwala, Ground plus 6 stories shopping Mall with a basement and Lower ground floor on 4.7 Kanal plot with a covered area of approximately 117,354 Sq. Ft. Project was handed over in Sep 2007 after completion in 06 months with a total revenue of Rs. 150.5 Million.
 
Pace Gujrat, Shopping Mall with ground plus 6 stories and a basement on 6.7 Kanal plot. Project was handed over in June 2008 with a total revenue of Rs. 381 Million.
 
Pace Tower, ground plus 21 story building with 4 basements in Gulberg II, Lahore on 7.75 Kanal plot comprises of offices and apartments with a covered area of 432,840 Sft. Civil work of the Project was completed in July 2008 with a total revenue of Rs. 391 Million.
   

Pace Woodland
, Housing society on Bedian Road Lahore with 160 villas and three apartment buildings having 230 apartments on 159.2 Kanal plot with covered area of 563,365 Sft. Construction (Civil work) of 160 houses was completed in July 2008 with a total revenue of Rs. 322 Million.

CH. MUHAMMAD ASLAM, Cheif Executive
Ch. Muhammad Aslam is a Pakistani national and the sole proprietor of one of the leading Architecture Consultancy firms. He holds a degree in Architecture from National College of Arts (NCA) and was associated with M/s Nayyar Ali Dada from 1986 to 1990 and established his own firm “ARCH-N-DÉCOR” in 1990. He has vast experience in the field of construction and real estate development. His contribution in designing and execution of different kinds of commercial & residential projects such as Pace Shopping Mall, Head Office & Various Branches of (Union Bank, Askari Commercial Bank, Faysal Investment Banks & Indus Bank), Army Welfare Scheme Rawalpindi, Saigol House Gulberg Lahore, Star Cinema Faisalabad, BT Export Garments Factory, Honda Atlas Limited Canteen and much more.


NAVEED TARIQ, Group Director Finance
Mr. Tariq has gained vast experience of financial management and corporate / legal affairs in various sectors including but not limited to Information Technology, broadband, telecommunications and real estate etc. In addition he has also equipped his skills in project development, investment, implementation, and operations in the field of Telecommunications.
Mr. Tariq has experience of dealing with financial institutions, feasibility studies, review for new projects and expansions in existing projects, participation in information and new projects, acquisitions and mergers, overseas supplier relationship and insurances, interaction with government and regulatory authorities.
Mr. Tariq is a Chartered Accountant by profession and also an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountant Of Pakistan.

Mixed Used development project near Lahore Airport, Ground plus 13 story building with 5 basements on 40.7 Kanal plot with covered area of 1,050,805 Sft comprising of Hyatt Regency Hotel, shopping Mall and apartments. Approximate revenue of Phase 1 (i.e. Civil structure up to plinth level) is about Rs. 1010.7 Million.
